1. Introduction

Welcome to QuiizMe, an educational Learning Management System (LMS) and online quiz competition platform designed to empower learners through engaging and competitive academic experiences. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and are legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Policy”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the “User”) and QuiizMe. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform and any of its services. 

2. Eligibility

To register and participate on QuiizMe, you must: 

• Be at least 13 years old; or 
• Have obtained explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian if under 13. 

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all registration information provided is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. QuiizMe reserves the right to verify age and parental consent, and to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of this requirement. 

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create a user account on QuiizMe, you agree to be fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You further agree to: 

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including username and password. 
• Ensure your account is used solely by you, and not shared with or accessed by others. 
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any breach of security. 
• Use the Platform in a manner that is ethical, non-commercial, and strictly for educational purposes. 

You may not use QuiizMe for any malicious, illegal, or deceptive activities, and any such attempts may lead to immediate suspension, termination, or legal action. 

4. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All original content on QuiizMe—including but not limited to quizzes, lesson notes, videos, question banks, diagrams, branding assets, interfaces, and educational resources—is the exclusive intellectual property of QuiizMe or its authorized content contributors. This content is protected by local and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 

Unless otherwise granted through explicit written permission, you may not: 

• Reproduce, republish, copy, download, or transmit any materials for commercial use. 
• Reverse engineer or create derivative works based on any portion of the Platform. 

If you submit any form of content whether quizzes, reviews, questions, comments, feedback, or suggestions you hereby grant QuiizMe a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform. 

5. Payment, Refunds, and Subscription Policies

Certain features or services on QuiizMe may be provided on a paid or subscription basis. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to our current pricing structure, payment terms, and billing policies. 

• All payments made are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by QuiizMe based on exceptional cases such as billing errors or service non-delivery. 
• Subscription services, if introduced, will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal. 
• Users are responsible for any and all applicable taxes and transaction fees. 

Failure to process payments may result in restricted access or the suspension of your account. 

6. Quiz Competitions and Rewards

QuiizMe organizes regular online quiz competitions intended to foster academic excellence, critical thinking, and friendly rivalry among participants. Each competition is governed by its own specific rules and guidelines, which users are expected to read and accept prior to participation. 

QuiizMe reserves the right to: 

• Disqualify users who are suspected of cheating, using unauthorized tools, or engaging in dishonest conduct. 
• Withhold or revoke rewards in cases of fraudulent activity or breach of rules. 
• Require additional verification, such as identity confirmation or academic credentials, before issuing rewards or prizes. 

Prizes and incentives offered are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may be subject to availability and location-based restrictions. 

7. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe and fair environment for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited: 

• Tampering with or attempting to manipulate the outcome of quizzes or competition results. 
• Uploading or sharing any content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable. 
• Introducing viruses, malware, or unauthorized scripts into the Platform’s ecosystem. 
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, or network associated with QuiizMe. 
• Violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in the course of using the Platform. 

Violations may lead to account suspension, permanent bans, legal reporting, and other actions deemed necessary by QuiizMe. 

8. Account Suspension and Termination

QuiizMe reserves the unconditional right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete any user account found to be in violation of these Terms, or engaging in conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users. 

Account termination may occur without prior notice and will result in the loss of access to all services and data associated with the account. 

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

QuiizMe strives to provide a seamless, informative, and rewarding educational experience. However, we make no guarantees that: 

• The Platform will be free of errors, bugs, interruptions, or security breaches. 
• All educational content is accurate, comprehensive, or applicable to every academic context. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuiizMe shall not be held liable for: 

• Loss of data, lost revenue, or missed educational opportunities. 
• Technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or third-party disruptions. 
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform. 

All content is provided “as is” and “as available.” 

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. QuiizMe collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle data such as names, email addresses, quiz performance, and usage patterns. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data collection and usage practices described therein. 

We strongly recommend reviewing the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about how your data is being protected and used. 

11. Modifications to the Terms

QuiizMe reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be made available on the Platform, and we may also notify users through email or in-app notices where possible. 

Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain aware of their rights and responsibilities. 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to: 

• Arbitration proceedings, where both parties agree to resolve disputes outside of court, or 
• The jurisdiction of competent Ghanaian courts, if arbitration is not agreed upon or fails.
